 Note: Only after the Paradisus Cancún hotel has received the full payment amount from you,  your room can be locked and booked successfully. Only after Laroz Travel receives the full payment amount of the shuttle services and Cancun local tours, your shuttle services and local tours can be successfully booked.

 

1，Room Type

Please read the room description and price description carefully to choose the room that suits you best. We currently have 3 room types to choose from, PARADISUS JUNIOR SUITE LAGOON VIEW (C2V), PARADISUS JUNIOR SUITE OCEAN VIEW (C2W) and LUXURY JUNIOR SUITE OCEAN VIEW (SJV).

2，Room Reservation

Please click on the room reservation link below to enter the room reservation system, enter your personal information, select the type and number of rooms you need to book and whether you need to pick up and drop off services (the hotel can only accepts the guest's credit card payment). After you submit your order, your email will receive a confirmation email with your order number within 48 hours. If you have not received the confirmation email within 48 hours, please contact our customer service at Travel@larozinc.com   as soon as possible.

3，Hotel Reservation Payment

Please fill out the credit card authorization form, it must be typed (including your complete personal information, credit card information, the order number you generated in our company's order system), and then print out the form and sign it (handwritten signature required, hotel does not accept electronic signature). After that, please email the following documents to Travel@larozinc.com , signed credit card authorization form, credit card front and back sides, cardholder's passport first page together. Your room will be locked and confirmed after the payment is successfully.

Note: 1、Cardholder should be one of the room guests. When check in, cardholder should provide passport and this credit card.

           2、 If you prefer to make a payment to Laroz travel, then Laroz travel can make a reservation for you. Payment details, please email to us: Travel@larozinc.com

4，Shuttle Service

We offer pick-up and drop off services from 12/21/2019-12/27/2019. The charge is $20/person/each way.  Airline details, please email to us: Travel@larozinc.com.  Email subject: your order number+shuttle service.

 

5，Mexican Tours

In order to add more fun to your journey, our company has also prepared a number of Mexican tourist routes for you to choose. If you need to sign up for a Mexican tour, please send a separate email to Travel@larozinc.com.    In the mail, please include the following information: Which Mexican tour group (including the tour group code) to participate in, the number of participants, the name of the group, and payment.

6，Shuttle service and payment instructions for the Mexican Tours

Reservations for pick-up and drop-off service and Mexican tour groups, a separate payment is required. We accept Quick pay: Travel@larozinc.com   and check payment  Payable to: Laroz International Business Inc.   If you choose to pay by check, please take a photo or scan the check, send the photo to us, and then mail the original check to us.
